Welcome to MADE Auto Care. By booking a service, submitting a deposit, or allowing work to begin, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help ensure a safe, transparent, and professional experience for every client.
1. Service Agreement
MADE Auto Care provides professional mobile car detailing services throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including San Francisco, the Peninsula, South Bay, and East Bay.
All services are performed using professional-grade equipment, a self-contained water system, and a battery-powered generator. No client utilities are required unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Service times listed are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, contamination level, and correction required.
2. Deposits, Payments & Scheduling
A non-refundable $40 deposit is required to secure an appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment will receive a full deposit refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
Same-day rescheduling is not permitted.
Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle condition differs significantly from the information provided during booking.
3. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
Before beginning service, MADE Auto Care may document visible imperfections such as scratches, dents, paint defects, or interior damage. If undisclosed issues are identified, clients will be contacted to acknowledge these conditions prior to work starting.
Detailing services improve appearance but do not guarantee permanent removal of defects, oxidation, stains, or deep paint damage.
4. Access, Safety & Vehicle Readiness
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
The vehicle is legally parked and accessible.
The service location is safe and suitable for mobile detailing.
Adequate space is available for equipment setup.
If the vehicle cannot be accessed, is unsafe to service, or is not present at the scheduled time, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Clients should remove personal belongings and valuables prior to service. MADE Auto Care is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
5. Weather & Environmental Conditions
As a mobile service provider, MADE Auto Care reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions including heavy rain, high winds, or hazardous environmental factors. Clients will not be penalized for weather-related rescheduling.
6. Add-On Services & Client Responsibility
Optional add-on services may extend appointment duration. Clients must disclose relevant vehicle details when booking, including heavy contamination, excessive pet hair, biohazards, or mechanical concerns.
Failure to disclose significant vehicle conditions may result in adjusted pricing or rescheduling.
7. Liability & Insurance
MADE Auto Care is fully insured and takes every precaution to protect your vehicle. However, the company is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Mechanical or electrical failures
Issues revealed during cleaning or restoration
Normal wear and tear exposed during detailing
By booking a service, you acknowledge that detailing may reveal previously hidden imperfections.
8. Satisfaction Commitment
If you have any concerns with your service, please notify MADE Auto Care within 24 hours of completion so we can address the issue promptly.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling an appointment, submitting payment, or allowing work to begin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
10. Right to Refuse Service
MADE Auto Care reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe, if the service location presents a safety risk, or if the condition of the vehicle may result in further damage during the detailing process. This may include severely compromised paint, structural concerns, hazardous materials, or undisclosed vehicle conditions.
